Blinking Universe: Alternate Mathematical Solution
Rev2A -This short technical paper presents an alternate matematical approach for determining the blinking frequency of our universe. The source for this alternate idea comes from an email sent to this author in May 2015. The source author prefers to remain anonymous. Basically, let's think about the fundamental unit of the universe as a classical entity. The energy of such a classical entity, using the equipartition theorem, translates the number of degrees of freedom into "units" of k_B*T (where T is the temperature and k_B is the well-known Boltzmann constant). In this way, we find that the fundamental energy is 3*k_B*T (6 d.o.f.).
We use a foundational temperature, consistent with the anthropic principle, of the freezing point (and melting point) of the essential object for existence--water. Using this temperature, we obtain a fundamental energy of ~70.6 meV. Calculation is as follows: 70.6 meV / (\hbar \pi^4) = 1.1 THz. Note that the \pi^4 in general is \pi^D, where D is the number of spacetime dimensions in existence. Each reader must comprehend that our universe is literally blinking off and on, at 1.1 trillion times every second (THz).

City in the Sky: Basic Theory & Design for a Floating City
This short technical paper describes the basic theory and design for floating cities in the clouds, which have been described in numerous science fiction books and movies. Any structure or object can be made to behave as though it
were essentially massless. This is done by synchronizing an electrical signal on the surface of the object with the blinking frequency of our universe (Lighthouse Frequency) which is 1.039 THz. Imagine a sine wave split by the x-axis with the
top half representing matter and the bottom half representing antimatter. The xaxis being sequential time, in our terms. Corrections for Einstein's Relativity Theory
Einstein's Theory of Relativity is a benchmark in science, in that it completely altered our view of the universe and ourselves. His mathematics have led to the development of nuclear power and precise orbital calculations for satellites. To say the least, his ideas changed our world. Unfortunately, there are a number of flaws in the theory's assumptions and its conclusions. This short technical paper discusses three flaws with General Relativity, and provides explanations for their correction and use. Each reader must comprehend that our universe literally blinks off and on, more than 1 trillion times every second (1.039 THz).
Classification System for Parallel Universes
The vast field of parallel universes involves a near-infinite number of probabilities, but we can begin to organize and understand these probabilities by categorizing how close, in terms of energy, these realities are to our own universe. This proposed system of classification is one method, that can organize differences based on elementary particles. Some of the nearest parallel universes can be arranged in terms of their similar elementary particles - by mass, charge, and spin, we can better comprehend these relationships and the energy required to access them. Not all parallel universes can be categorized according to elementary particles. In general, we can say that, the more similar a parallel universe is to our own universe, the less energy it will require to transit the “electricaldistance” or "range" (Amp x sec) between the two universes, in our terms. This classification system is intended for typical 4-dimensional physical universes, but can be extended to other dimensions as well.

Terraforming the Atmosphere of Venus
Rev 2c - The atmosphere of Venus is 96% carbon dioxide, with low water and oxygen content. This short technical paper addresses altering the atmosphere for human habitation. The technology to perform this already exists. It was used on the World Trade Center on 9-11-2001 (reference DrJudyWood.com) The infrared laser used to destroy the buildings is a type of rapid-aging technology. This same technology can be used to rapidly-age carbon dioxide molecules, and break them down into oxygen. This technology is combined with using one or more of the resonant frequencies of carbon dioxide to accelerate its breakdown. It should be noted these unique infrared lasers are far more powerful than ordinary lasers. Many of these lighter molecules will escape the atmosphere, reducing the atmospheric pressure at ground level. The first recommendation of this paper is to launch a satellite into Venus' orbit and begin performance tests to determine how many satellites would be required to sufficiently alter the atmosphere within a reasonable period of 20 years. To reduce the launch costs, it is recommended to use the technique for orbital insertion described in a prior ebook, “The Use of Time-Forwarding to Place Satellites in Orbit.” This same technique might also be used to place the satellite closer to the orbital distance of Venus, reducing the fuel requirements. The summary conclusion is that 50 high-power, infrared lasers, operated for 20 years would substantially alter the atmosphere of Venus. It must be emphasized, this is a very rough estimate to indicate that further research might be directed to achieve possible results.

Speed of Light Increasing 3 Meters per Second Each Year
Based on the work of NASA scientist, Dr Daniel Gezari, we can conclude that the speed of light, c, is increasing approximately three meters per second each year. See his publication, “Lunar Laser Ranging Test on the Invariance of c,” available at arxiv dot org. This amount is a small, yet significant change because it alters our ideas about relativity and Einstein's theory. If the speed of light is not constant, this changes our fundamental views for all physical constants. In fact, many physical constants are derived from, or have c “imbedded” within their equations. Planck's constant and the Gravitational constant are two that would be affected by this new understanding. Even our fixed value for the length of a meter is based upon a constant speed of light. We can deduce that the rate of change for the speed of light is also changing, which implies the existence of a newly defined point in geological time, where delta c, momentarily equals zero. We will call these points in the timeline, “Cardinal Points.” Since my publications about the increasing speed of light have been released, there has been an apparent disinformation campaign – claiming that the measured change in the speed of light by Dr Gezari, is due to a change in the inertial reference frame for the speed of light. These “moving ether” theories and inertial reference frame ideas of a century ago, have long been dismissed through experimental evidence, including the Michaelson-Morley experiment, which has since been repeated many times. The experimentally measured change in the speed of light by Dr Gezari is real and repeatable, and is not due to a change in the inertial reference frame.

This short technical ebook describes a technology method for restoring old buildings at very low cost. These restored structures can be used to provide housing for the homeless. An example structure is provided along with the basic calculations. Urban housing in many large cities is problematic due to many factors. This short technical ebook presents a possible technology for replicating or cloning any physical object. The method is derived from a study of parallel universes. There is also an important mathematical distinction here. Note that I did not say these equations become infinite, nor did I state that division by zero is occurring. The two equations approach a limit, such that the difference between them becomes trivial. They become unified as they get closer to the singularity. Consider that the smallest distance that can be measured using current technology is about 10^-19 meters. Planck scale is about 10^-35 meters. Now consider these two equations at 10^ -10,000. The difference between them becomes trivial. And which equation approaches the singularity faster is immaterial.
There is also a term, 1/r^2, in calculations for the strong force. This cannot be a mere coincidence. This simple math suggests that all of the fundamental forces collapse to a single point for unification.

This math is similar to the math used for wifi signals and it is called 1024-QAM. The 1024-QAM table graphically displays how all elementary particles are related, similar to the Standard Periodic Table in chemistry. If we line up all of the particle masses in order, we find there are a number of “gaps.” These are called the mass gaps, and they line up perfectly with 1024-QAM, which fits the sequence. Supersymmetry (SUSY) is also found to occur with 1024-QAM. Mass Groups 1 thru 8 have heavyweight counterparts which are found in Mass Groups 9 thru 16. 4 new particles are predicted to be discovered between 0.7 to 15 TeV. Also, 4 new particles are predicted to be discovered between 30 to 200 TeV. Numerous other new particles are predicted using 1024-QAM. The only possible explanation for elementary particles to match a QAM pattern, is due to a blinking or discrete universe. This ebook provides compelling evidence that our universe is literally blinking, off and on. This blinking frequency is about 1.1 THz.

This short technical ebook presents a proposed naming convention for the elementary particles in all of the Mass Groups. This system should make it simpler to discuss individual particles and their properties. For example, “Clara21” indicates Mass Group 2, the 4th particle mass, the second charge type, and the first spin type. 64 particle masses in 16 mass groups are shown with their respective names in a complete Periodic Table for Elementary Particles. This table represents a total of 1024 elementary particles. This new table explains dark matter as the heavyweight counterparts of protons and neutrons. For example, the proton is made of 2 up quarks and 1 down quark. The heavyweight counterpart of the proton is made of 2 Sup quarks and 1 Sdown quark. This implies a heavy counterpart for the photon, which is called the Photini particle. It is a new form of light - "Heavy Light." This also represents the correct model for supersymmetry.

This paper presents a possible solution for the fourth spin type, which has not been identified. It is proposed that the fourth spin type applies to all elementary particles, and is the ability to vibrate or resonate at the blinking frequency of our universe – the Lighthouse Frequency. Vibration at this frequency would allow individual elementary particles the ability to move between parallel universes, and travel through time, in our terms. If this solution is correct, it will complete the needed 4th spin type confirming the accuracy of the QAM model. Solutions and explanations for Dark Matter and Quantum Entanglement are proposed. Suggestions for further research are provided.

This paper presents a preliminary QAM model as the most accurate elementary particle table ever proposed. A 1024-QAM table is presented that graphically displays how all elementary particles are related, similar to the Standard Periodic Table in chemistry. Interestingly, the math that describes QAM is simple and elegant. A robust model for elementary particles will need to meet 5 criteria to properly account for the relationships. Yang-Mills and other particle models have not been able to correctly account for the Mass Gaps. Antimatter, QCD, Baryogenesis, and Lattice QCD are briefly discussed. An explanation and examples are provided, along with possible error sources. Suggestions for further research are made. This paper provides compelling evidence that our universe is blinking at a high frequency. (This is an earlier technical paper that has since been superceded.)

The two equations approach a limit, such that the difference between them becomes trivial. They become unified as they get closer to the singularity. Consider that the smallest distance that can be measured using current technology is about 10^-19 meters. Planck scale is about 10^-35 meters. Now consider these two equations at 10^ -10,000. The difference between them becomes trivial. And which equation approaches the singularity faster is immaterial.
There is also a term, 1/r^2, in calculations for the strong force. This cannot be a mere coincidence. This simple math suggests that all of the fundamental forces collapse to a single point for unification.

These satellite frequencies are also being used in a subliminal messaging program against Targeted Individuals and their family members, in an attempt to control their behavior. The microwave and RF technology to alter behavior has been well-documented. I have previously documented the frequencies as follows: Tracking and geolocation: approx. 3600 MHz to 3750 Mhz, and the carrier frequency for the subliminal messaging and harm signals has been measured at 3921 MHz – 3934 MHz. The subliminal messaging is repeated thousands of times each night on the target, until the negative messages “stick.” These messages can be simple - “Your husband is crazy.” Recall that CIA Doctor Ewen Cameron bragged about using these subliminal techniques to turn an ordinary person into a vicious serial killer – the real Manchurian Candidate, as part of the CIA's MK-Ultra program. Mike Pompeo, current CIA Director is fully aware of these programs. This is obvious from the reorganization of the CIA's field agents, into remote monitoring of targets, which were exposed with the Vault 7 wikileaks files.
The recent Vault 7 files also include emails from the Stratfor Corporation, with employees joking about Microwave Torture – clearly they know what is going on.
The satellites that are being used were launched as part of President Reagan's Star Wars program, and are designed to track and hit ballistic missiles with a microwave beam that disables the missile's navigation system. If these satellite systems can track a missile at 10,000 miles per hour, they can easily track a person on the ground. Technical details of this illegal torture program are provided.
It is important that Mr Snowden and Mr Assange come forward with statements objecting to these illegal programs. The criminals in the CIA and their supporting organizations can be charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity. The recent release of the Vault 7 files through wikileaks makes it clear that government contractors, such as the Stratfor company in Austin, Texas are also part of this criminal organization. The criminal activities of the CIA are a domestic threat to the U.S. Constitution - the CIA must be defunded and abolished. These government employees work under a sworn oath, defending the U.S. Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic - it is time to exercise that oath.

34 Patents on Subliminal Mind Control
A brief list of 34 government patents are provided on inventions achieving some form of mind control. This list is just an introduction – there are hundreds more that are referenced from this initial list, and that can be found on google patent search, or on the US Patent Office (USPO) website. What is not included in this list, are thousands of patents that have been issued, but were hidden for “national security” issues. The Federation of Scientists has a recent tally of more than 5,135 patents that are subject to a secrecy order in the United States. Some of the patents on this list were issued under the CIA's MK-Ultra project. This secret program performed grisly electroshock and torture methods on hundreds of unsuspecting CIA victims from the 1950's to 1970's. A lawsuit was filed in Canada representing some of the victims, and the CIA admitted the program's existence. One victim of Dr Ewen Cameron's grisly treatment was deliberately overdosed with insulin and placed into a coma for 21 days, where they severely electroshocked him many times – erasing his conscious memory. He didn't know his name, his family, or anything about himself. Then repetitive messages were used, over hundreds of hours, to “reprogram” his personality. Dr Cameron even bragged that he could turn an ordinary person into a vicious serial killer, using these methods. This is the Manchurian Candidate method that was described in the book of the same title. There is evidence that this CIA program continues today, under a different name, in spite of Congressional orders to shut it down. The CIA continues to fund research and pursue political targets using mind control. One possible recent example, is when Russian leader Putin, recently dismissed 18 senior military generals – this may have occurred because these Generals had been compromised by subliminal targeting. This is a new technology that targets people while sleeping and employs specific frequencies (about 3900 MHz) and techniques using geostationary satellites. A number of recent government whistleblowers have described this new technology, and its ability to elicit specific statements and responses from targeted persons. It is claimed by some Targeted Individuals that this is the technology that turns their family members against them. By using it – it creates a split personality in the affected family member, due to the subliminal reprogramming. Although it cannot be called complete mind control, these subliminal messaging systems apparently have the ability to force specific statements from someone, without physically touching them, and this is a disturbing development. This may explain why Putin fired many of his senior Generals.

The NSA's Tailored Access Operations (TAO) may be involved with the Targeting, with one division near San Antonio. Rob Joyce is the head of TAO. Advice About Gangstalking: Targeted Individuals

This is a large file - 249 MB, dated 15 October 2011. It has been redacted by the FBI. Apparently they didn't want some information released. Readers should pay close attention to the way that certain details are worded. For example, how they discourage agents from using the Stingray information for evidence in a courtroom. What this really means - is they know it is unconstitutional, and they don't want to expose the illegal use of these devices. “I Will Only React to Constructive Suggestions:” Targeted Individuals
About 20% of the population is immune to personality modification. The reasons for this are not fully understood, but some people appear to have a natural blocking mechanism in their core personality that prevents tampering from the outside. The average person can adopt this blocking capability by using a self-hypnosis procedure. Therefore, a person's best defense against subliminal messaging programs is a statement similar to; “I will only react to constructive suggestions.” It can be repeated at bedtime, or during meditative periods during the day. It is extremely effective. Although it cannot stop microwave attacks, it can prevent the personality from becoming vulnerable to alteration. Targeted Individuals & Air Force Space Command
Rev 2B - This short ebook provides the author's opinions and accuses 12 military officers of High Treason against the United States (The Dirty Dozen). The Air Force Space Command, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the primary organization that is using microwave satellite technology to track and attack civilians all around the world. These civilians are known as Targeted Individuals. Many of these civilians are political activists and whistleblowers – people that the Deep State would like to silence. Estimated Numbers: Targeted Individuals & the Terrorist Watchlist
In the 2014 lawsuit, according to attorney, Gadeir Abbas, the FBI is “literally putting people they decided not to investigate on the federal government watch list.” According to the FBI, about 5% of the terror watchlist is U.S. citizens, and the majority of those are not being investigated for any crime. We can deduce by 2018, about 170,000 U.S. citizens are Targeted Individuals. If it continues to grow at this rate, about 15,000 are added each year.

Massive Fraud at AT&T
Rev 1B - This short ebook describes the massive fraud that is happening at AT&T, under the leadership of Randall Stephenson. AT&T received a contract for $6.5 billion to provide a nationwide system for first responders, including police, ambulance, fire, sheriffs, and FBI.
This system will be used to inform first responders, not to help Targeted Individuals.
One of the primary beneficiaries of this fraud is the Blackrock Corporation under Larry Fink, that owns $14 billion in shares of AT&T, which is one of the largest cell phone operators in the world. AT&T has allowed their cell towers, equipment, and antennas to be used as part of a weapon system against Targeted Individuals in the United States. The technology that creates a microwave beam and can be directed at someone – is called, digital beam forming. Targeted Individuals know that it can be excruciatingly painful and constitutes torture on a daily basis.
AT&T is one of the cell phone operators that are participating in these acts of Treason against U.S. civilians. Treason is defined under U.S. law and is punishable by the death penalty.

Scalar Weapons & Targeted Individuals
The CIA and FBI are involved in a microwave torture program against thousands of U.S. Citizens, called Targeted Individuals. There is a growing body of evidence that strongly suggests the TI community is not dealing with ordinary microwaves.
This short ebook focuses on the scalar technologies that are being used to remotely attack people all over the world.
Some of the main reasons, we can conclude that scalar wave weapons are being used:
1) Many technical engineers that are Targeted Individuals have tried to build a working Faraday cage to block the microwaves. The Vircator weapon shots are still penetrating the cage.
2) Targeted Individuals have documented the cell tower shots going thru many residential buildings to reach a target, sometimes up to 2 or 3 miles distance. This is not possible with ordinary microwaves at these frequencies. These are not ordinary microwaves.
3) Underground tunnels are being used as a weapons platform. To penetrate hundreds of feet of earth is impossible with ordinary microwaves.
4) The beam stays focused and does not disperse or spread out, over long distances. Typically, it is about ½ inch (1.25 cm) diameter. That is not an ordinary microwave, even though the frequencies have been measured repeatedly in the 3 to 4 GHz range.
5) Targeted Individuals have tried going underwater or inside deep tunnels, and have reported they do not escape the tracking and attacks. These is not ordinary microwaves.
6) According to the manual, “NATO HANDBOOK ON THE MEDICAL ASPECTS OF NBC DEFENSIVE OPERATIONS,” during a nuclear weapon explosion, 2 feet of concrete or 4 feet of water will protect you from the xrays and gamma rays. These are the most powerful energy waves known. A targeted friend of mine with V2K, went into a deep swimming pool at more than 8 feet underwater – and the V2K and microwave weapon attacks continued. Another targeted friend has been in a deep underground cave, where the V2K and attacks continued, in spite of the fact that Xrays and gamma rays are completely blocked. These cannot be ordinary microwaves.
7) While walking in my own backyard or almost anywhere close to downtown Houston, this author is being hit, on the bottom of my feet with microwave pulses. These are the typical ½ inch diameter, linear microwave beams. This evidence is consistent with the U.S. Air Force tunneling program in Colorado, which has apparently been extended to other cities. This evidence is also indicative of scalar weapons, because no high-energy frequency could penetrate that distance of solid earth.

We can deduce that the Vircator satellite weapons emit scalar waves at certain frequencies (3920 – 3935 MHz), and these electromagnetic waves penetrate very far into the earth and into water. They can also penetrate Faraday cages. We can deduce that the cell tower antennas are using digital beam forming to create scalar waves. These are military weapons that are being used against Targeted Individuals. These attacks are a felony crime in the United States, and an act of Treason by the Air Force officers involved.
10 Reasons Prove the Watchlist is a Fraud
The Terrorist Watchlist is supposedly used by the National CounterTerrorism Center and the FBI to track global "known or suspected terrorists." Unfortunately, that is a lie. The majority of names on the Watchlist are Targeted Individuals, not terrorists.
The first four reasons:
1) In 2012, the State Department did extensive research for each country, estimating the maximum total number of terrorists worldwide at 184,000. This same year, the Terrorist Watchlist, run by the FBI claimed nearly 1 million name records, worldwide. Note that the State Department has thousands of employees that reside in these foreign countries that have access to the local people, local events, and local politics. The FBI has very few, if any, employees located in these countries.
2. How is it possible that the FBI has the names, addresses, driver's license information, names of family and friends, etc., while the State Department can only roughly estimate the numbers of "known or suspected" terrorists? The State Department also has access to the same Watchlist - so why are the numbers very different? Who is lying and why?
3) Non-Investigative Subject (NIS). The FBI uses the term "Non-Investigative Subject" for many people listed on the Watchlist as a "known or suspected terrorist." Why would the FBI claim someone is a "known or supected terrorist" and then not investigate them? Because most of the names on the Watchlist are Targeted Individuals, not terrorists.
4) The Department of Justice lied to Federal Judge John Anderson twice, regarding the number of corporations that were given access to the Terrorist Watchlist database. The DOJ's latest answer is - about 700 corporations were given access to the Watchlist. The Watchlist database is supposedly classified information, and a security clearance is supposedly required to view it.
“To share the private information of citizens and non-citizens with corporations is illegal and outrageous,” said Attorney, Nihad Awad.
Listen to Microwave “Bullets” from Cell Towers
To listen to the microwave pulses, this test must be done in a quiet room:
Cup your hand, as though you were holding water, and place it firmly over your ear.
Wait and listen quietly for about 30 seconds.
You will begin to hear the "pops," - it feels like something the size of a BB is hitting your hand and ear. These microwave "bullets" are directed at your head from cell towers, up to 3 miles (5 km) away. Hold it more than 1 minute, and you will notice the "pops" are getting stronger, because the reflected signal is not returning to the cell tower. Some people describe the sound as "popcorn" - random pops. You will begin to feel the "pops" in the joints of your hand, as you hold it longer.
These sounds are proof that you are being hit with microwave "bullets" 24/7. The microwaves cause high-pitched ringing in the ears, or tinnitus in many people. The satellite tracking of your precise location is accurate to 1 centimeter (0.5 inches).
Try it on each ear. The microwaves are directed from every cell tower around you. In a big city like Houston, there can be 20 or more cell towers that are directing microwaves at your head. Try tilting your head sideways, up or down, or back and forth, to increase the signal.
Please write to your Congressmen and Senators and demand that this illegal tracking program is stopped. Talk to your city council and mayor about how the cell towers are being used. The microwaves cause brain damage and are particularly harmful to children. The cell towers and directed microwaves are controlled from Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs. Your precise location is tracked by NavStar satellites and relayed to a supercomputer at Air Force Space Command. 2) Michael Springmann was the head of the American visa bureau in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While stationed in Saudi Arabia, Springmann was repeatedly ordered by the CIA to issue visas to terrorists. Springmann argued many times that the applicants were known terrorist recruits of Osama Bin Laden. These visas became the 9-11 hijackers. Springmann filed numerous complaints with his superiors, he wrote to Senators and Congressmen, and was eventually fired by the State Dept. He is now an attorney in Washington DC, with a new book: “Visa's for Al-Qaeda”
3) Ted Gunderson, former FBI Chief, - The CIA and FBI are “behind most, if not all terrorism." Gunderson further confirmed that Osama Bin Laden was a CIA/Pentagon asset that went by the name of Tim Osman. Those individuals within government agencies that are complicit, are committing TREASON against the United States, which is punishable by the death penalty. And this is all held in one bank in London. So why is the London Stock Exchange trying to hide the value of these bank stocks? ANA Holdings (All Nippon Airways) has about 200 aircraft as part of their operations and yet their market capitalization is $101 Trillion USD - more than 100 times greater than Delta, American, United, or Southwest Airlines. Another example, Mitsubishi Electric has a recent London market capitalization of $301 Trillion USD. This is a scale more than 15 times larger than the entire United States economy on an annual basis. Another example – Toyota Motor Corporation (TYT) has a London Stock Exchange market capitalization of $1.8 Quadrillion USD – this is about 1000 times larger than Ford, General Motors, or Chrysler. Globally, Toyota sells about the same number of vehicles as Volkswagen each year – this valuation does not make sense. There is no rational explanation for this magnitude of market capitalization. It is clear evidence that these stocks on the London Stock Exchange are being used as a vehicle to store large assets and hide them – many trillions of dollars. American companies appear to be part of this fraud on the London Stock Exchange as well, on a smaller scale – Boeing (BOE) $8.7 trillion USD, General Electric (GEC) $16.9 trillion USD, IBM (IBM) $14.5 trillion USD, Honeywell (HON) $8.3 trillion USD. Note the Price to Earnings ratios for these companies are inconsistent with any rational valuation. The hidden amounts are staggering, and it is clear that officials of the London Stock Exchange are complicit. The officers of the London Stock Exchange would have to know about these corrupt activities, since legal documents and registration for the number of shares and share price would have to be filed when the stock was issued.

34 Patents on Subliminal Mind Control
A brief list of 34 government patents are provided on inventions achieving some form of mind control. This list is just an introduction – there are hundreds more that are referenced from this initial list, and that can be found on google patent search, or on the US Patent Office (USPO) website. What is not included in this list, are thousands of patents that have been issued, but were hidden for “national security” issues. The Federation of Scientists has a recent tally of more than 5,135 patents that are subject to a secrecy order in the United States. Some of the patents on this list were issued under the CIA's MK-Ultra project. This secret program performed grisly electroshock and torture methods on hundreds of unsuspecting CIA victims from the 1950's to 1970's. A lawsuit was filed in Canada representing some of the victims, and the CIA admitted the program's existence. One victim of Dr Ewen Cameron's grisly treatment was deliberately overdosed with insulin and placed into a coma for 21 days, where they severely electroshocked him many times – erasing his conscious memory. He didn't know his name, his family, or anything about himself. Then repetitive messages were used, over hundreds of hours, to “reprogram” his personality. Dr Cameron even bragged that he could turn an ordinary person into a vicious serial killer, using these methods. This is the Manchurian Candidate method that was described in the book of the same title. There is evidence that this CIA program continues today, under a different name, in spite of Congressional orders to shut it down. The CIA continues to fund research and pursue political targets using mind control. One possible recent example, is when Russian leader Putin, recently dismissed 18 senior military generals – this may have occurred because these Generals had been compromised by subliminal targeting. This is a new technology that targets people while sleeping and employs specific frequencies (about 3900 MHz) and techniques using geostationary satellites. A number of recent government whistleblowers have described this new technology, and its ability to elicit specific statements and responses from targeted persons. It is claimed by some Targeted Individuals that this is the technology that turns their family members against them. By using it – it creates a split personality in the affected family member, due to the subliminal reprogramming. Although it cannot be called complete mind control, these subliminal messaging systems apparently have the ability to force specific statements from someone, without physically touching them, and this is a disturbing development. This may explain why Putin fired many of his senior Generals.

This short ebook describes a method concocted by the Clown, Idiots, & Assholes (CIA) PsyOps group for discrediting ebook authors that are critical of the agency. Basically, it involves posting ebooks on websites, such as amazon, smashwords, and lulu, and when the time is right to target the victim, they post the stolen work and a “history” of revisions onto the hacked website. This makes it appear that the bogus author posted the material before the original author. It is amazing that a group of people can be so crooked and incompetent at the same time.

This short ebook documents coordinated criminal activity by the CIA and NSA. This is my opinion. After providing compelling technical information on the latest technologies, these criminals decided to block as much distribution as possible. Examples are provided from Google Play, Smashwords, Amazon, Fnac, Kobo, Overdrive, Easons, and Youtube. There is a clear pattern among numerous websites, that ebooks by Richard Lighthouse are being blocked, prices are being changed, and false information is being used to cover it up. This seems to have accelerated in August 2015. There is evidence that Amazon and their international affiliate websites are also deliberately blocking the distribution of ebooks by Richard Lighthouse. It is noted that Amazon recently signed a $600 million dollar contract with the CIA to provide computer services, including secure cloud storage. This is a coordinated effort and there is only one organization that could hack the Google and Amazon servers on a regular basis – the NSA. In my opinion, the CIA is involved because they are trying to control the technology that is described in my technical ebooks, particularly where distribution involves foreign countries.

This short ebook documents criminal activity of the Clowns, Idiots, and Assholes (CIA) which has been classified to hide its discovery. This constitutes a violation of Presidential Executive Order 13526, which prohibits the classification of material to hide criminal activity. On 18 January 2017, Richard Lighthouse was quoted in the newspaper, Pravda, which is the official government media in Russia. This is significant because the entire contents of Pravda are considered foreign intelligence gathering for the CIA. A few days earlier, my Internet Protocol addresses for my iphone, home computer, and work computer were all routed to a company, Incapsula, to use their technology to hide my IP location by automatically changing it many times each day. There are three companies that were ordered to do this simultaneously – MetroPCS (a subsidiary of TMobile), Comcast (work computer), and AT&T (home computer). When three large companies do something at the same time – you can be certain they were ordered to do it. So how do we know the CIA ordered this? Because under Presidential Executive Order 12333, only the CIA has the authority to act on foreign intelligence, and the reason they ordered this before publication, is because they knew it would be published. This proves the obvious – that the CIA hacked the emails and servers of Pravda, a long time ago. I have filed complaints with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and they have failed to investigate or directly respond to my complaints as yet. MetroPCS has responded twice, but failed to answer any of my questions. This suggests MetroPCS has been served a National Security Letter (NSL), in violation of Executive Order 13526. More than 300,000 National Security Letters have been issued in the United States.

Treason at the CIA

The technology is not 100% effective, but it works well enough to alter behavior after many months of microwave targeting with subliminal messages. Michael Springmann is the former head of the American visa bureau in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While stationed in Saudi Arabia, Springmann was repeatedly ordered by the CIA and State Department officials to issue visas to terrorists, prior to 9-11. Springmann objected repeatedly, complaining to his superiors that the applicants were known terrorists. 19 of these visas became the 9-11 hijackers. Springmann filed numerous complaints with his superiors, he wrote to Senators and Congressmen, and was eventually fired by the State Department because he would not be silenced. It is clear that the CIA planned 9-11 from the beginning.

Rockefeller & Rothschild – Global Stock Data, November 2016: Massive Fraud
In February 2017, Verizon acquired Yahoo Operations for $4.83 billion USD – my data was gathered in 2016. Coincidence? In my opinion, this was partly done to hide the historical stock data that was held under the Yahoo Financials section, as the information was very damaging to the global stock fraud - that continues to be manipulated by these wealthy families. From these listings, it is clear that the London Stock Exchange and the Mexico City Stock Exchange are the primary holders of fraudulent and hidden assets.
Compare this to the annual lies by Forbes magazine listing the world's largest corporations – which is an exercise in deceit. Note also, that according to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Laws, this constitutes a felony crime for deliberately publishing misleading information about companies that may manipulate the stock market price. Also provided, is data from wikipedia, which demonstrates they are also attempting to hide the fraud – their sole reference source is Fortune magazine. Guess who controls them?
At the time this data was captured, Yahoo had about $780 billion USD in assets in Mexico, and hundreds of employees that tracked these global stock values. Apparently, it escaped the attention of the Rockefellers and Rothschilds – because they usually get their information from WSJ, Barron's, Investor's Daily, etc. Then suddenly, Verizon wanted to buy Yahoo's operations for $4.8 billion, and shut down the “rogue information.” We can be certain that the Rockefellers and Rothschilds are involved because the largest fraud is happening with Japanese companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. FBI - Another Fake Terror Plot
His first name is Matt. His last name is Alonzo. I encourage readers to visit the Catty Corner Ice House at 895 Wakefield, Houston, 77018, and bring a camera. Try to make a video. I was told that he works at the King's Biergarten, 2044 East TC Jester. One of the female bartenders at Catty Corner is an undercover agent, in my opinion - she has worked there about 6 months, which tells you how long the FBI has been working on this. There are several bar patrons that are also undercover FBI agents, in my opinion. They sit as close as possible to the bearded man and appear to be listening (and probably recording) everything that he says. In my opinion, his girlfriend is working with the FBI and will try to encourage, seduce, lie – whatever is necessary, to get him to do something the FBI can inflate into a fake terror plot. This is the pattern that the FBI has used in a number of cases. I find it repulsive, pathetic, and disgusting that government agents would reduce themselves to this kind of criminal behavior. It shows just how desperate the Deep State has become to accomplish their agenda. His supposed girlfriend is trying to get him to do one of several things, in my opinion: (1) Send money to ISIS or other terrorist organizations, (2) Buy or construct materials that might be construed as making a bomb, (3) Buy or send weapons for the secret purpose of “jihad”. (4) Make verbal statements that can later be used against him in court. In short, it is a set up and entrapment. Note there is an FBI office at 2500 East TC Jester. These pathetic FBI criminals are too lazy to go very far, when conducting their dirty business.

During 2015, I tried to keep track of the reviews that were available on the internet. I quickly noticed that an obscure website had jumped up in the Alexa traffic rankings, and that it was probably not mathematically correct. Goodreads was acquired by amazon.com, but had only a small fraction of the web traffic that was commanded by Amazon – less than 1%. By the way – Did you know that Alexa was owned by Amazon? So how is possible that a website with a small fraction of the website traffic, had more reviews and rankings than all other web sites combined, worldwide, including Amazon? Think about that – it was relatively unknown, yet had more book ratings and reviews than Amazon itself, where the books were sold. This was an obvious mathematical improbability. It is still relatively unknown and that mathematical improbability continues. The Alexa traffic rankings and Google search rankings have been hacked and altered. Make no mistake. But don't take my word for it – ask your friends – how many of them have used goodreads.com or written and posted a review on the website? How is it possible then, to have more rankings and reviews than Amazon, where the books are sold? Does that make sense?
My ebooks were distributed to many websites in 2015, including lulu.com, smashwords, amazon, apple ibooks, barnesandnoble, and others. But the goodreads website had more rankings and reviews on my ebooks, than all other websites in the world combined. How is this possible?
In 2014, Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, was awarded a $600 million dollar contract to put all of the CIA's electronic files into a protected cloud system. Even before this happened, the CIA was already in bed with Amazon, and had spies planted there. This is the same Operational Method the CIA has used since they began the Mockingbird project, where spies were planted in all of the major newspapers.
The connections between Amazon and the CIA are very clear. Read about it all over the internet. Amazon – Goodreads – Alexa – Washington Post – CIA – Operation Mockingbird. Many connections, and they are not a coincidence.
One fake reviewer on Goodreads, read and reviewed 18 books in one day, including one of my ebooks. Is that credible? How difficult is it to scan and remove reviewers that post mass submissions to the website? This can be done easily – but Amazon does not want the reviews or reviewers removed.
It is then, incredible, that the Amazon corporation filed a lawsuit, trying to stop outside persons from being paid to provide reviews of products on Amazon, while at the same time, their sub-companies are paying people to do the same thing. Government Criminals & Craigslist - Used Computers
On the morning of 2 October 2017:
In the entire city of Houston, according to Craigslist, there are only 3 recent, used Apple Macbooks available for sale in the entire city. Does this seem likely? All 3 of the ads have phone numbers using area code 632 or 631. Does this seem mathematically improbable? All 3 phone numbers have the following message ; “The phone number you have dialed is not a working number...” or, “Your call cannot be completed as dialed...”
Who would have any incentive to restrict access to used computers? How many scam artists would post a non-working phone number? Does this seem likely? How difficult would it be for the government criminals to hack craigslist and change the phone number for a posted ad?
An internet search has some results suggesting that area code 632 is based in the Phillipines. Any scam artist is smart enough to use a local phone number. Yet, these ads have the same problem. This is mathematically improbable.
The government criminals are apparently trying to control the market for used computers. They were tipped off to my recent searches. I even visited a local used Apple Mac store. This possibly suggests, that even local retailers specializing in used computers, may have connections to government agencies, where they try to steer potential customers because the computers have already been planted with spyware.
40 minutes later, the phone numbers for 2 of the ads have been deleted, and the anonymous email reply is the only thing available. Very strange.
Also included – 3 of the 4 properties surrounding my home have new occupants within the last 3 months. What are the mathematical odds? These are not new homes. 908 W 26th, Unit A; 916 W 26th & 926 W 26th. This is in addition to 920 W 26th, #920; where the experienced real estate agent listed the property with a bogus address - so that it would not show up on the map of zillow.com or har.com. The 'For Lease' sign has been there since February 2017, when I first expressed an interest in purchasing 918 W 26th. Notice there are never flyers in the sign box. Very unusual. The owners and real estate agent are "out of the country" or unavailable for a period of time – Is that how real estate agents handle a listing? Also investigate the history and owners of Lone Star Realty. Today, 2 October 2017, the residents of 908 are moving out with a moving truck in the driveway. Their house is 6 feet (2 meters) from my back wall. Too many coincidences, to be a coincidence.

Psychiatric Fraud
This fraud is relevant to Targeted Individuals because to maintain the torture program, the CIA must convince the public that TI's are mentally unstable.
Psychiatric diagnosis of mental disorders is a fraud. There are no chemical tests, no laboratory tests, no definitive blood, saliva, hair, brain, or genetic tests. No brain scan. No MRI. No CAT scan that can define mental illness. It is not objective. It is not scientific. It is fraud.

If the disease cannot be detected using objective, scientific means – then it cannot be proven to exist.

Treason at the Air Force Space Command
Rev 2B - This short ebook provides the author's opinions and accuses 12 military officers of High Treason against the United States (The Dirty Dozen). The Air Force Space Command, headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is the primary organization that is using microwave satellite technology to track and attack civilians all around the world. A new Wing Commander recently discussed his concern about the increasing suicide rate among Air Force personnel in Colorado Springs. This may explain how these military personnel are dealing with the orders to attack U.S. civilians using these microwave weapons.
Treason is defined in the U.S. Constitution.
Article 3, Section 3, of the U.S. Constitution states, “treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”
Based on this provision in the Constitution, U.S. law – 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – states that “whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere” is guilty of treason. Those found guilty of this high crime “shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
The CIA employees in Aurora have been provided luxury housing and accommodations as a form of bribery for their silence. They are fully aware of the criminal activities of the CIA, including the microwave targeting.

The opioid addiction is a real problem in America, and this is confirmed by the record opioid profits at Big Pharma companies. United States Violations of the 1967 Outer Space Treaty
Rev 1B - The United States has repeatedly violated the following sections of the Outer Space Treaty: Articles 2, 3, 4, 7, 9, and 11. This short ebook provides the author's opinions and evidence of the War Crimes and Treason that are occurring at the USAF Space Command. The USAF has repeatedly violated the 1967 Outer Space Treaty. The Linkedin accounts of two Air Force officers are provided showing the admission of 9 satellite weapons systems in space, including testing new weapons systems. Also explained, is how the Air Force uses certain terminology to hide what they are doing, such as referring to weapons as “payloads.” Images from Schriever.af.mil are provided showing that defense department weather satellites (DMSP) have an entire cadre of officers that are responsible for “Weapons & Tactics” - yes, even for a weather satellite. Clearly, there are military weapons attached to the satellites.

Listen to Microwave “Bullets” from Cell Towers
To listen to the microwave pulses, this test must be done in a quiet room:
Cup your hand, as though you were holding water, and place it firmly over your ear.
Wait and listen quietly for about 30 seconds.
You will begin to hear the "pops," - it feels like something the size of a BB is hitting your hand and ear. These microwave "bullets" are directed at your head from cell towers, up to 3 miles (5 km) away. Hold it more than 1 minute, and you will notice the "pops" are getting stronger, because the reflected signal is not returning to the cell tower. Some people describe the sound as "popcorn" - random pops. You will begin to feel the "pops" in the joints of your hand, as you hold it longer.
These sounds are proof that you are being hit with microwave "bullets" 24/7. The microwaves cause high-pitched ringing in the ears, or tinnitus in many people. The satellite tracking of your precise location is accurate to 1 centimeter (0.5 inches).
Try it on each ear. The microwaves are directed from every cell tower around you. In a big city like Houston, there can be 20 or more cell towers that are directing microwaves at your head. Try tilting your head sideways, up or down, or back and forth, to increase the signal.
Please write to your Congressmen and Senators and demand that this illegal tracking program is stopped. Talk to your city council and mayor about how the cell towers are being used. The microwaves cause brain damage and are particularly harmful to children. The cell towers and directed microwaves are controlled from Schriever Air Force Base near Colorado Springs. Medical Fraud & the Deep State
Rev 1B - This short ebook provides some specific examples where the CIA and Deep State are using medical fraud to cover up their extensive use of microwave weapons and implants on the civilian population. Based on the number of people that are effected by it, this is an obvious and massive cover up, and it confirms the massive scale of the CIA's microwave weapon attacks.
Sleep apnea and CPAP machines - the victim's sleep is being disrupted by intense and deliberate microwave attacks 24/7, subliminal messaging, and remote-controlled implants. Heavy television advertising and huge investments from CPAP machine manufacturers and related companies.
2. Tardive Diskenesia – this is a bogus medical diagnosis that attempts to cover up muscle twitching and other biological effects of microwave attacks and implant manipulation. www.TalkAboutTD.com
3. Theraworx.com - In my opinion, this is bogus external cream that is supposedly applied to prevent muscle cramps. The cramps are more likely the result of microwave attacks and illegal implant manipulation. Dr Drew Pinsky of the CIA-controlled media, has been appropriated to give it credibility, in my opinion. Any reasonable scientist can quickly recognize the misinformation in these commercials.
4. Nugenix Total T - a nutritional supplement that supposedly adds testosterone to the blood stream. In my opinion, these supplements are ineffective, and directed at older men and have additives that essentially degenerate and/or sterilize the male reproductive system. The reduction or elimination of male reproductive health is a high-priority for the Agenda 21 and globalist population-reduction goals. The advertisements are presented in a way to appeal to the inferiority-complex of some men.
5. Prostate supplements - many, many companies are involved in the toxic poisoning of the male population, which is part of Agenda 21 and the David Rockefeller plan for population reduction.
There are many other examples of medical fraud that attempt to cover up the use of microwave weapons and illegal implants on the civilian population. Many millions of dollars are spent on the high-profile advertisements on television, internet, and magazines. The CIA and Intelligence Community (IC) refers to this as “unconventional weapons.” These examples demonstrate how massive this illegal CIA program has become.

On 18 January 2017, Richard Lighthouse was quoted in the newspaper, Pravda, which is the official government newspaper in Russia. This is significant because the entire contents of Pravda are considered foreign intelligence gathering for the CIA. A few days earlier, my Internet Protocol addresses for my iphone, home computer, and work computer were all routed to a company, Incapsula, to use their technology to hide my IP location by automatically changing it many times each day. There are three companies that were ordered to do this simultaneously – MetroPCS (a subsidiary of TMobile), Comcast (work computer), and AT&T (home computer). When three large companies do something at the same time – you can be certain they were ordered to do it. So how do we know the CIA ordered this? Because under Presidential Executive Order 12333, only the CIA has the authority to act on foreign intelligence, and the reason they ordered this before publication, is because they knew it would be published. This proves the obvious – that the CIA hacked the emails servers of Pravda, a long time ago.
Pravda is not operated like a commercial newspaper in the United States. It is a government bureaucracy, that must get approvals and edits on anything important that is published. The article that I am referring to – took weeks to draft and circulate for approvals and changes. This is what gave the CIA plenty of time to know that it would be published soon, and gave them plenty of time to hack my phone and computers. I have filed complaints with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and they have failed to investigate or directly respond to my complaints as yet. MetroPCS has responded twice, but failed to answer any of my questions. This suggests MetroPCS has been served a National Security Letter (NSL), in violation of Executive Order 13526.
10 Reasons Prove the Watchlist is a Fraud
The Terrorist Watchlist is supposedly used by the National CounterTerrorism Center and the FBI to track global "known or suspected terrorists." Unfortunately, that is a lie. The majority of names on the Watchlist are Targeted Individuals, not terrorists.
The first four reasons:
1) In 2012, the State Department did extensive research for each country, estimating the maximum total number of terrorists worldwide at 184,000. This same year, the Terrorist Watchlist, run by the FBI claimed nearly 1 million name records, worldwide. Note that the State Department has thousands of employees that reside in these foreign countries that have access to the local people, local events, and local politics. The FBI has very few, if any, employees located in these countries.
2. How is it possible that the FBI has the names, addresses, driver's license information, names of family and friends, etc., while the State Department can only roughly estimate the numbers of "known or suspected" terrorists? The State Department also has access to the same Watchlist - so why are the numbers very different? Who is lying and why?
3) Non-Investigative Subject (NIS). The FBI uses the term "Non-Investigative Subject" for many people listed on the Watchlist as a "known or suspected terrorist." Why would the FBI claim someone is a "known or supected terrorist" and then not investigate them? Because most of the names on the Watchlist are Targeted Individuals, not terrorists.
4) The Department of Justice lied to Federal Judge John Anderson twice, regarding the number of corporations that were given access to the Terrorist Watchlist database. The DOJ's latest answer is - about 700 corporations were given access to the Watchlist. The Watchlist database is supposedly classified information, and a security clearance is supposedly required to view it.

Massive Fraud at AT&T
Rev 1B - This short ebook describes the massive fraud that is happening at AT&T, under the leadership of Randall Stephenson. AT&T received a contract for $6.5 billion to provide a nationwide system for first responders, including police, ambulance, fire, sheriffs, and FBI.
This system will be used to inform first responders, not to help Targeted Individuals.
One of the primary beneficiaries of this fraud is the Blackrock Corporation under Larry Fink, that owns $14 billion in shares of AT&T, which is one of the largest cell phone operators in the world. AT&T has allowed their cell towers, equipment, and antennas to be used as part of a weapon system against Targeted Individuals in the United States. The technology that creates a microwave beam and can be directed at someone – is called, digital beam forming. Targeted Individuals know that it can be excruciatingly painful and constitutes torture on a daily basis.
AT&T is one of the cell phone operators that are participating in these acts of Treason against U.S. civilians. Treason is defined under U.S. law and is punishable by the death penalty.

Randall Stephenson and Larry Fink at Blackrock, are both members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). At Targeted Justice, we have received emails indicating that a large, well-organized gangstalking campaign exists within AT&T – supposedly to enforce a system of silence and secrecy.

Considering that no scientist has ever been awarded more than two Nobel Prizes, it will seem immodest for this author to make such a claim. However, my intention is to get scientific readers to pay attention. For someone to make such a bold claim, surely there must be some substance behind it? In this short ebook, I compare the text of my 12 ebooks to some of the greatest minds which were awarded the prize. Most of my ebooks can be obtained for free at lulu, smashwords, apple ibooks, amazon, google play, and other websites. For skeptical readers, one can easily provide a list of Nobel prizes that have been awarded for mediocre and even flawed research. A Nobel was awarded for predicting the Higgs Boson. Should this author expect 1007 Nobels for the remaining undiscovered elementary particles which I have identified? That seems a little excessive, but it would follow the current logic of the Nobel Committee. To paraphrase Winston Churchill, I would be easily satisfied with 12 Nobels. My work over the last 5 years is possibly among the greatest scientific and mathematical contributions ever recorded. Yes, I am immodest. Yes, I expect readers to notice the internal references and begin reading the Seth (Jane Roberts) books. Unitil each person has actually read and understood these ebooks, they will have no room for skepticism. And that is my point – to get you to read. If my immodesty gains your attention and initiates your reading, then I have succeeded, even with skeptics. I am also pleased that my ebooks have encouraged the Majority Intelligence Committee (MAJIC) to accelerate their disclosure efforts. The Approaching Singularity
This short paper presents a concept involving time and technology, that will seem to make “time stand still.” It involves the nature of technology and how it affects our lives. If we define Q' as a non-dimensional measure of the quality and quantity of technology in our lives, in general, it can be said that Q' has increased over time. But more than that, the rate of Q' has increased over time, becoming dramatically faster recently. Recall that in Alvin Toffler's, Future Shock, as a individual, we become overwhelmed by the technological advances. This paper proposes a limit in time, where technology becomes so advanced that time is not only an illusion, but meaningless. This event is brought about by the operation of time machines, which can travel into the future and retrieve more advanced technology and return it to the present. This cycle of advancing and returning with better technology continues until the singularity is reached.

This implies that our universe collapses to a single point for unification. This is both a mathematical and physical unification. Each reader must comprehend that our universe literally blinks, off and on, 1.1 trillion cycles each second (1.1 THz). There are 3 mathematical approaches and 3 empirical sources that all conclude the same idea - our universe is blinking.
As Einstein once said, "Reality is merely an illusion..." - A blinking universe would certainly make his statement correct.
There is also an important mathematical distinction here. Note that I did not say these equations become infinite, nor did I state that division by zero is occurring. The two equations approach a limit, such that the difference between them becomes trivial. They become unified as they get closer to the singularity. Consider that the smallest distance that can be measured using current technology is about 10^-19 meters. Planck scale is about 10^-35 meters. Now consider these two equations at 10^ -10,000. The difference between them becomes trivial. And which equation approaches the singularity faster is immaterial.
There is also a term, 1/r^2, in calculations for the strong force. This cannot be a mere coincidence. This simple math suggests that all of the fundamental forces collapse to a single point for unification.
The definition for unification according to Merriam-Webster's dictionary is:
the act, process, or result of unifying : the state of being unified.

Clearly, this process is happening for these two equations as r approaches zero.
Some readers have criticized the issue of positive or negative charge. However, this is similar to a computer quantum bit that holds both a zero value and a one value, at the same time.
