Journalist, Gary Webb made the mistake of allowing one of these Monarch women into his life. He ended up with 2 gunshot wounds to the back of his head, and the "fake girlfriend" performed her programming, stating that he was depressed and suicidal. The coroner's office then claimed that it was suicide. Seriously.

18 December 2018: Today, a new generation of NavStar GPS satellite is planned for launched at Kennedy Space Center, called Block 3A. These satellites have 8 antennas, each of which is capable of firing about 100 million microwave tracking "bullets" each second. These satellites are Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). They cause brain damage, particularly in small children. These satellites violate the 1967 Outer Space Treaty and the Geneva Conventions. We can expect to see a significant increase in the numbers of new TI's.
From simple math, we can determine the intent of these new satellites. The USAF has ordered 12 of these satellites from Lockheed, at a cost of about $3.7 Billion. If each satellite can track/fire on 800 million targets, then 10 satellites can track 8 Billion people, each second. The world's population is currently 7.5 billion. The intentions of the AFSPC are clear - track & manipulate the entire world's population, from the supercomputer at Schriever Air Force Base.

27 May 2018: Find the Cell Towers that are targeting you. Every TI has cell towers that are constantly tracking and targeting the center of your head. Stand with your arm out-stretched, level with your head, and your palm facing you. Slowly turn through an entire circle and feel the pulses and pops in your finger joints. There are usually 4 or more cell towers that are tracking you. Sometimes it will feel like a "pressure" on the back of your fingers. Draw a map with these directionals and identify the cell towers. 18 May 2018: Targeted Individuals - Feel the Satellite Tracking Signal: Place your 3 middle fingers, firmly on the top-back part of your head. You will feel a pulse or pop, about 1 or 2 times each second. This is how you are being tracked by precision satellites. This is a tracking signal, not your heartbeat. To confirm this, place your whole hand over this area and you will feel multiple pulses, particularly on finger joints, because you are blocking the reflected signal they use for tracking. The satellite tracking frequency is 3600 - 3750 MHz. The FCC Frequency Allocation table confirms this is a satellite-to-ground signal. The voltage of this signal can also be measured with a multimeter by placing a 2" strip of aluminum foil across the top-back part of your head. Typical readings are about 1 millivolt. The pulse is also synchronized with other people that are close by - try it and see.
16 May 2018: Military personnel have a Duty to Disobey Unlawful Orders. You took an oath, "... to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic." The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809[890].ART.90 (20), makes it clear that military personnel need to obey the "lawful command of his superior officer." The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution, and not to those who issue unlawful orders.
Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for any government employee to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241, it is felony to conspire to violate such rights. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

4 May 2018: The first Whistleblower Protection Law was passed by the Continental Congress during the Revolutionary War in 1778. The law’s origin stems from ten U.S. Naval officers reporting the mistreatment of British prisoners by their commanding officer. Journalist, Gary Webb made the mistake of allowing one of these Monarch women into his life. 19 February 2019: The CIA & State Dept have requested that the National Academy of Sciences (NAS) review the cases of the Cuban and Chinese diplomats. 18 December 2018: Today, a new generation of NavStar GPS satellite is planned for launched at Kennedy Space Center, called Block 3A. These satellites have 8 antennas, each of which is capable of firing about 100 million microwave tracking "bullets" each second. These satellites are Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). They cause brain damage, particularly in small children. These satellites violate the 1967 Outer Space Treaty and the Geneva Conventions. We can expect to see a significant increase in the numbers of new TI's.
From simple math, we can determine the intent of these new satellites. The USAF has ordered 12 of these satellites from Lockheed, at a cost of about $3.7 Billion. If each satellite can track/fire on 800 million targets, then 10 satellites can track 8 Billion people, each second. The world's population is currently 7.5 billion. The intentions of the AFSPC are clear - track & manipulate the entire world's population, from the supercomputer at Schriever Air Force Base.

21 October 2018: A neodymium bar magnet or a large refrigerator magnet can be used to feel the microwave beams that are hitting you. Hold the bar magnet in your hand and slowly move it around the side of your head and above your head. You can feel the microwave pulses that "push" on the magnetic field of the magnet. 8 Sept 2018: Dr Douglas H. Smith, MD at the University of Pennsylvania was interviewed by CNN, regarding the attacks on American diplomats in Cuba and China. 11 July 2018: Targeted Justice has learned that most of the high-mast lighting towers on freeways are equipped with microwave pulse tracking systems. This important discovery was made by Tracy, a Houston TI. High-mast towers for lighting are typically 100 to 175 feet tall. Use the hand technique to check them.
29 June 2018 – Lab tests on flyers that were placed on vehicles belonging to Harris County Sheriff’s Office employees on Tuesday have yielded no evidence of Fentanyl, a dangerous synthetic opioid, according to The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences (HCIFS). 27 May 2018: Find the Cell Towers that are targeting you. Every TI has cell towers that are constantly tracking and targeting the center of your head. Stand with your arm out-stretched, level with your head, and your palm facing you. Slowly turn through an entire circle and feel the pulses and pops in your finger joints. There are usually 4 or more cell towers that are tracking you. Sometimes it will feel like a "pressure" on the back of your fingers. Draw a map with these directionals and identify the cell towers. 18 May 2018: Targeted Individuals - Feel the Satellite Tracking Signal: Place your 3 middle fingers, firmly on the top-back part of your head. You will feel a pulse or pop, about 1 or 2 times each second. This is how you are being tracked by precision satellites. This is a tracking signal, not your heartbeat. To confirm this, place your whole hand over this area and you will feel multiple pulses, particularly on finger joints, because you are blocking the reflected signal they use for tracking. The satellite tracking frequency is 3600 - 3750 MHz. The FCC Frequency Allocation table confirms this is a satellite-to-ground signal. The voltage of this signal can also be measured with a multimeter by placing a 2" strip of aluminum foil across the top-back part of your head. Typical readings are about 1 millivolt. The pulse is also synchronized with other people that are close by - try it and see.
16 May 2018: Military personnel have a Duty to Disobey Unlawful Orders. You took an oath, "... to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign or domestic." The Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) 809[890].ART.90 (20), makes it clear that military personnel need to obey the "lawful command of his superior officer." The moral and legal obligation is to the U.S. Constitution, and not to those who issue unlawful orders.
Under federal law, 18 USC 242, it is illegal for any government employee to deprive any person of the rights, privileges or immunities secured by the U.S. Constitution, and under 18 USC 241, it is felony to conspire to violate such rights. It is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

4 May 2018: The first Whistleblower Protection Law was passed by the Continental Congress during the Revolutionary War in 1778. The law’s origin stems from ten U.S. Naval officers reporting the mistreatment of British prisoners by their commanding officer. Whistleblowers are True Patriots, and the Founding Fathers recognized this.

4 April 2018: Article 32 of the Geneva Convention prohibits scientific and medical experiments, and torture of civilians. The United States has been in a declared state of war since October 2001, which invokes the Geneva Conventions.
